After you submit your symptoms and any necessary images, your information is securely sent to a licensed dermatologist in Ontario for review. The dermatologist will go over your case and may ask follow-up questions during your video or call consultation to develop an accurate diagnosis and treatment plan for you.

After reviewing your case during the video or call consultation, the dermatologist will provide a diagnosis and treatment plan. If a prescription is needed, it will be sent to you via the Ogaei app. You can then take it to any pharmacy, or it can be sent directly to your pharmacy on record.

This includes treatments like Vistaril, Accutane,corticosteroid creams, calcineurin inhibitors, antibiotics, retinoids, and more. The prescription will be delivered through the Ogaei app, which you can take to any pharmacy or have delivered to your pharmacy on file.
